This role sits within a high-performing Finance Shared Services team, supporting reconciliations, billing operations, customer accounts, and financial processes across the business.
Your new roleReporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will be responsible for complex reconciliations as well as supporting AR with accurate billing, timely collections, and solid stakeholder engagement.
This is a varied position with exposure to system processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform bank reconciliations (AUD and foreign currency) and investigate variancesManage invoicing, receipting, and allocation of customer paymentsHandle customer queries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong relationshipsMaintain customer master data and financial system integritySupport month-end and year-end AR processes and reportingMonitor and resolve invoice or system errors,
