Role OverviewAs the Project Manager, your principal mission will be to manage the delivery of BEMS projects - from the handoff from the sales team right through to detailed design, site delivery, and completion.
You'll be instrumental in assessing construction issue information and managing RFIs and will play an indispensable role in securing client satisfaction and project margin.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and manage the delivery of BEMS projects, taking them from sales handover to detailed design, delivery, and completionMaintain a high level of communication with the customers and ensure project milestones are metAssess construction issue information and manage RFIsPrepare control schedules, descriptions of operation, and network schematics, making sure to meet agreed modes of operationProcure hardware, field equipment, control panels, and installation resourcesCollate site reports, issue O&M; manuals,
