This includes maintaining secure and reliable systems, providing technical support, and contributing to infrastructure, projects, and College events.You will work across a range of platforms including Microsoft 365, Apple and Google environments, supporting both users and systems to ensure smooth and effective operation across the College.Please click here for full Job Description.Key responsibilitiesProvide technical support to staff and studentsMaintain and support IT systems, infrastructure and platformsManage user accounts, licences and accessSupport device deployment, imaging and lifecycle managementMonitor systems,
