We are growing, and we arelooking for a Finance Manager to lead our finance function and helpstrengthen financial accuracy, reporting, controls, and team performance.This role is ideal for someone who cares deeplyabout getting the numbers right, enjoys improving how finance operates, andwants to play a meaningful role in a growing business.
You will work closelywith the CEO, lead the finance team with offshore resources, and help build amore scalable and disciplined finance function.You will also have access to an externaladvisory CFO who will provide mentoring and coaching to support yourdevelopment and growth opportunities.
What you'll be doingLead month -end close and deliver accurate, reliable management accountsReview reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments, and reporting outputsAnalyse financial performance and provide clear insights on trends, risks, and opportunitiesLead the finance team across onshore and offshore resourcesStrengthen financial controls, governance, and reporting disciplineSupport budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planningPartner with leaders across the business to improve financial understanding and commercial outcomesDrive improvements across finance systems, processes, and reportingRequirementsWhat we're looking forExperience in a Finance Manager or similar roleStrong management accounting capability and financial reporting knowledgeExperience improving financial accuracy,
