We're looking for a commercially minded Procurement Coordinator to support the sourcing, development, forecasting and replenishment of packaging, trims, branding and consumables across our global business.Sitting within our Merchandising Department, reporting into our Sustainable Procurement manager this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys balancing creativity with operational execution, and is passionate about sustainability, supplier partnerships and continuous improvement.
You'll play a key role in keeping our retail and e-commerce operations running smoothly through strong coordination, forecasting and supplier management.What You'll Be DoingCoordinate sourcing, development and replenishment of packaging, trims,



tags and consumables across retail and e-commerceManage artwork, sampling and approvals in line with brand and quality standardsSource components (e.g. mailers, retail bags, trims), balancing cost, quality, sustainability and lead timesManage supplier relationships and support cost optimisation, consolidation and improvementsSupport supplier reviews, benchmarking and annual tender processesMonitor global stock levels and maintain minimum coverage across key packaging itemsSupport forecasting and replenishment planning across retail and e-commerce channelsEnsure timely stock availability for warehouses, stores and new store openingsPrepare monthly reporting on usage, stock levels and supplier performanceTrack purchase orders, invoices and rebates with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliancePartner cross-functionally with Procurement, Merchandising, Retail Ops and Planning to improve efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForExperience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain,
