Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part Time or casual Night Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction as well as the safety and security of the property.
This role will be 2 nights per week initially Friday & Saturday nights.
Protentional to pick up extra shifts during peak times or leave periods.What will you be doing?
Complete audits of daily revenue and postings, making adjustments where neededCollate paperwork and reports for finance and managementProvide efficient guest services including check in/out,



request handling and providing hotel informationSettle and maintain guest accounts, ensuring cashiering is accurateMaintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safetyMaintain the hotels standard of professionalismBe analytical and possess an eye for detailAssist the Front Office Manager and General Manager in a variety of check and balance proceduresAssist with Food & Beverage duties as required including food production and service, beverage production and service and cleaning of prep and service areas.
