The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, with a strong understanding of data analysis, forecasting, and issue flagging.
Previous experience in bar/restaurant financials is preferred, and experience in construction bookkeeping is a plus.
Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial dataGenerate and analyze POS/F-post & MIB reportsManage invoicing and data entry tasksPrepare and present financial reportsUtilize automation tools to streamline processes and increase efficiencyProactively identify and flag any financial issues or discrepanciesCommunicate effectively with team members and clients via WhatsAppWork 8 hours per day, 5 days per week on AEST schedule Requirements:
