Reporting to the Field Operations Manager (ANZ), you will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing home appliances across our product range within customer homes and commercial environments.This is a field-based role where no two days are the same.
You'll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, tools, training and ongoing support to help you succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customer service calls across the Perth metropolitan region and surrounding areasDiagnose and repair domestic appliances, both in and out of warrantyDeliver exceptional customer service in line with company standardsAccurately complete service reports and job documentationManage van stock and spare parts inventoryProcess payments for non-warranty repairs when requiredMaintain a protected working environment and adhere to all OH&S; requirementsBuild positive relationships with customers and service partnersParticipate in ongoing technical training and developmentAbout YouWe're looking for someone who enjoys technical problem solving, takes pride in their work and is passionate about delivering great customer experiences.Skills & ExperienceEssentialPrevious experience in appliance servicing, electrical repairs,
