Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with business development, internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver engaging marketing initiatives.A key focus will be coordinating conferences, webinars and professional education programs from planning through to delivery.
You'll also contribute to LinkedIn, digital content, video and broader marketing activity, giving you the opportunity to take ownership and make a visible impact within a close-knit team.Responsibilities Coordinate conferences, events, webinars and networking functionManage event logistics, suppliers, registrations and team coordination Support professional education and industry engagement programsCreate and schedule LinkedIn and digital contentAssist with marketing collateral, presentations and communications Coordinate webinar setup, speakers, run sheets and technical requirementsSupport video and podcast production and content distributionDevelop post-event content including social posts, blogs and summariesMaintain marketing data, reporting and campaign documentationWork closely with the Head of Marketing, BDMs and internal stakeholdersManage multiple projects,



deadlines and priorities effectivelyCandidate Profile 3-5 years' experience across marketing, communications, events or a related disciplineProven event coordination and project management experienceStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience in professional services, insurance, financial services or B2B preferredHands-on experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot and marketing platformsStrong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Canva or Adobe IllustratorExcellent written communication and content creation skills High level of ownership, initiative and attention to detailConfident working with senior stakeholders, suppliers and external partnersCulture & Benefits Join a close-knit, team-oriented team within a growing business where your ideas are valued and your contribution is visible.
