We're looking for a proactive, strategy minded marketer who can think outside the box to lead a team in creating engaging marketing strategies that express the mission of Kenneth Copeland Ministries in the region.BRIEF DESCRIPTION:Engagement with our Partners is an important part of what we do so one of your key focusses will be implementing strategies for long term engagement with existing Partners and recruiting new ones.
As Marketing and Communications Manager you will plan and organise our current Social Media and Marketing activities and project plan with other departments on new ones.
Within your direct team you will have a Graphic Designer and a Social Media Assistant.KEY TASKS INCLUDE:Oversees and assists in the creation of content and publishing for Social Media and other Marketing Activities.Assists in creating content and publishing for email campaigns.Creates pieces that connect Partners & Friends to the Mission & Vision of KCMWorks with Graphic Artist & other vendors in creating communication items and materialsDevelops communication timetables to ensure that all operational objectives are achieved within required timelines.
E.g. Email Campaigns,



Google Ads etc.Instrument conversion points and optimise funnelsImplement recent and creative growth strategiesSet up and measure campaign tracking reports on a regular basisExecute online lead generation and lead campaigns to support marketing objectivesHelp to develop Partner related ministry including the creation and launch on new ministry initiativesOther duties as assigned SKILLS:Working knowledge of Acoustic Marketing Platform or similarA good understanding of online strategy, tactics and analytics including PPC Advertising and electronic direct mailA good understanding of Social Media MarketingStrong analytical skillsAbility to lead and manage projects independently and to work under tight deadlinesExperience with HTML and SQL Scripting is an asset but not essentialKnowledge in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is an asset but not essential OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Born Again Believer, whose Christian walk and life reflect the vision and excellence of the MinistryPreference to someone personally connected to Kenneth Copeland Ministries.Agreement with KCM Mission Statement so that it underpins all work she / he does in the MinistryAgreement with KCM Message QUALIFICATIONS:A Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing or evidence of a minimum 5 years industry experience.At least 3 years digital and direct response marketing experience2 – 3 years of leadership experienceUp to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement DISCLAIMER:This job description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts and working conditions associated with this position.
