You'll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and contributing to the evolution of our TA function.Key responsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business unitsPartner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insightsSource candidates through job boards, networking, and proactive searchScreen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews in a timely mannerEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the processMaintain accurate data in the ATS and support reportingContribute to employer branding and continuous improvement initiativesSupport TA and HR projects,
