In this role, you won't just be managing paperwork;you'll be the " engine room" ensuring our sales processes run smoothly, our data is flawless, and our customers receive world-class support.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, compliance, and relationship-building are the keys to success, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations and Data Integrity Master File Ownership: Take full ownership of the Sales Master file, ensuringdaily updates are completed with 100% accuracy in line with Standard OperatingProcedures.
Contract Compliance: Audit all sales paperwork for clarity and completeness.Track new, renewed, and amended contracts to ensure they meet our BranchService Level Agreements.
Commission Support: Partner with the Sales Manager to accurately compileand calculate monthly sales commissions.
Lead Coordination: Manage the flow of sales leads to ensure rapid responsetimes, providing feedback and recognition to those who generate theOpportunities.Customer Excellence and Problem Resolution Proactive Support: Act as the primary point of contact for field salesconsultants, helping them resolve customer queries in real-time.
Issue Tracking: Ensure customer issues are communicated to the rightstakeholders immediately, including raising and tracking customer in jeopardy tickets in our systemSystem.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid rapport with both internaldepartments and external clients through "educated" feedback and promptService.Administration and Team Synergy General Admin: Support the team with tender submissions, customercorrespondence, filing, and general reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a positive culture between theOperations, Sales,



and Business Support functions to keep business flowingSeamlessly. Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve paper-flow and contribute tothe continuous improvement of the team's performance and culture.Compliance and Safety Safety, Health, and Environmental Leadership: Monitor Safety, Health, and Environmental practiceswithin the sales team, ensuring monthly compliance tasks are finished on time. Policy Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies,including OH&S; Human Resources, and Security protocols.What We Are Looking For The Detail Specialist: You catch the errors others miss.
