Position: Clinical Documentation Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$80/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Build long-horizon documentation tasks that mirror clinical documentation work.
Create deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
Develop scenarios for encounter documentation like SOAP notes, H&Ps;, and progress notes.
Construct transitions of care scenarios including discharge summaries and medication reconciliation.
Formulate CDI queries triggered by rule-defined documentation gaps with known correct query framing.
Work independently and asynchronously to ensure task quality and throughput.
Qualifications Must-Have 2+ years as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA,



or similar documentation-heavy role.
Expertise in SOAP or H&P; authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner).
Comfortable with clinical artifacts: SOAP notes, H&Ps;, discharge summaries, CDI queries.
Transparent written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
