The RoleAs an Intensivist, you will provide specialist-level critical care to a broad casemix of patients within a well-supported ICU/HDU environment.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the training and supervision of junior medical staff across the hospital.Your Responsibilities Include:✔ Delivering contemporary intensive care for critically ill medical and surgical patients ✔ Participating in a fair, supportive on-call and onsite roster ✔ Supervising and mentoring RMOs, registrars, and trainees ✔ Collaborating with ED, anaesthetics, surgery, and general medicine teams ✔ Communicating with patients and families with empathy and clarity ✔ Engaging in clinical governance, safety,
