About the roleBased at our Coffs Harbour branch, you will play an important role supporting our customers and sales team.
You will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product solutions to builders, tradespeople, contractors, and other industry customers.Your responsibilities will include:Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in personPreparing accurate quotes and processing sales ordersProviding product advice and solutions based on customer requirementsBuilding strong relationships with builders, trades,



and repeat customersSupporting external sales activities and identifying opportunities to grow salesLiaising with production, scheduling, and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are metMaintaining accurate records and providing general sales administration support About you You will be a customer-focused sales qualified who enjoys working in a fast-paced trade environment.You will ideally have:Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade counter salesKnowledge of building products, roofing, steel, manufacturing, or construction industriesConfidence dealing with builders, contractors, and trade customersStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and prioritiesExcellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer serviceA willingness to learn products and develop your sales capabilityExperience with products such as roofing, steel, cladding, insulation, or related building materials will be highly regarded.Why join Metroll Coffs Harbour?
