About Us

Annabel’s is a brand-recent neighbourhood wine bar set within the walls of a 150-year-old heritage hotel in the heart of Caulfield South. Opened in May 2026, Annabel’s is a sophisticated yet welcoming neighbourhood wine bar with a relaxed, community-led atmosphere. Our focus is straightforward: local producers, seasonal menus, and service that feels natural, not scripted. After opening it is now time to grow and expand our team.

What We’re Looking For

Supervisor
Support the Venue Manager with day-to-day operations
A good wine knowledge and a passion for sharing it in an approachable way
Ability to guide guests through the wine list and offer thoughtful pairings
Comfortable supporting staff training and maintaining wine standards
Available to work a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Bartenders
Confident behind the bar with strong service instincts
Comfortable making classic cocktails and signature drinks




Ability to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
Available to work a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Front of House
Warm, attentive, and guest‑focused
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment that offers table service
Some knowledge and/or interest in wine and the enthusiasm to learn more
Available to work a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

What We Offer
