Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide assistance and support to a female participant located in Bray Park.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Also have availability on both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help individuals with meal preparation and feeding
Assist with medication as directed by healthcare professionals
Accompany individuals to appointments
Maintain accurate records of services provided
Communicate effectively with individuals, management and healthcare professionals




Monitor and report any changes in an individual’s condition
Provide a protected and comfortable workplace for individuals

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance
NDIS worker Clearance (Yellow Card)
Working with Children card (Blue Card)
Cert III in individual support or willing to obtain
