Where Cloud lives and AI thrivesJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Security Team Leader to oversee security operations at our Artarmon Data Centre.In this critical leadership role, you will manage day-to-day security operations, lead a high-performing frontline security team, and ensure a safe, compliant, and professional workplace.
You will also act as the primary escalation point for incidents and operational issues, maintaining high service standards and supporting customer-facing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily security operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and professionalism across all shiftsProvide first-line leadership including performance management and team developmentAct as the primary escalation point for incidents, service requests, and operational issuesManage and maintain staff rosters in conjunction with contract security guard provider, including leave planning and short-notice coverageEnsure security coverage and operational resilience across the siteUphold front-of-house presentation standards,



delivering a professional and customer-focused security serviceOversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reportingMaintain strong administrative and audit standards, including record keeping and compliance documentationIdentify and drive continuous improvement in security processes, systems, and service deliveryAbout YouYou are a confident and composed security professional with strong leadership capability and operational awareness.
