Position Details: Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Standard site hours (with flexibility depending on project requirements) Employment Type: Permanent, Salary Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple commercial and retail fit-out projects Lead, mentor and supervise trades staff, installers, and subcontractors Maintain high-quality finishes across all joinery and fit-out installations Liaise with project managers, clients, builders, and other trades on-site Interpret and implement architectural drawings, shop drawings, and site plans Enforce WHS compliance and ensure safe work practices on-site Troubleshoot site issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects moving Remain hands-on where required to support installation and site delivery About the Company:
