Be Part of the Team.Design Sheetmetal is seeking reliable and safety-focused Loaders to join our production and dispatch team in Victoria, with opportunities across Afternoon and Night Shift.As a leading Australian manufacturer of roofing, cladding, flashings, and sheet metal products, we pride ourselves on quality, safety, and reliable customer service.About the RoleReporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in preparing customer orders and ensuring steel products are loaded safely and accurately for dispatch.Your responsibilities will include:• Safely loading and unloading trucks using forklifts• Picking, checking, and preparing customer orders• Handling steel products and securing loads for transport• Completing forklift pre-start inspections• Receiving and storing incoming materials• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment• Supporting production and dispatch teams to meet delivery schedulesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:• Current LF Forklift Licence• Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or dispatch• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety• Good attention to detail and reliability• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting,



both independently and as part of a team• A positive attitude and strong work ethic• Experience handling steel products, load restraint, or warehouse systems will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
