About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced retail leader to join the Pacific Fair team as an Assistant Store Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. With a solid focus on personalised service, you will take the time to understand each customer's needs, build genuine relationships, and create a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's premium positioning. The roster will include both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off during the week. A Sunday to Thursday roster may be considered for the right candidate.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in retail leadership, ideally within premium or luxury retail
Strong sales and KPI management skills, with a focus on driving results
Passion for delivering personalised customer service and building lasting relationships
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with a diverse customer base
Experience coaching, motivating, and developing a team
Strong product knowledge and an appreciation for quality and craftsmanship
Ability to lead by example and maintain high service standards in a premium retail environment
Versatile availability to work weekends, with a Sunday to Thursday roster considered for the right candidate
