About the Role
We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to join a busy retail store. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. Working closely with a team of five casual team members, you will help build team confidence, maintain operational standards, and create a positive shopping experience. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while providing stability and support during a period of change.

Skills and Experience
Previous retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a Store Supervisor or Keyholder role,



with the ability to step up into a leadership position
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Proven ability to drive sales and identify opportunities to improve store performance
Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently
Resilient, adaptable, and positive when working under pressure or through change
Solid communication skills with the ability to support, motivate, and guide a team
