This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys working collaboratively to deliver accurate and efficient accounts payable services across a multi-entity business.
About the RoleReporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will provide end-to-end Accounts Payable support across the organisation.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the wider Finance team to ensure invoices, payments, reconciliations, and queries are managed accurately and efficiently.Success in this role requires robust attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.Key responsibilities include:Creating new vendors and maintaining vendor master dataReviewing invoices and credit card reconciliations through SAP ConcurProcessing and reviewing employee expense claimsPreparing and processing weekly payment runs, including self-review and quality checksManaging Accounts Payable queries through the internal ticketing system within agreed service levelsReviewing and resolving mapping exceptions in SAP ConcurPerforming monthly supplier reconciliations for key vendorsSupporting the Financial Control team during month-end activitiesProcessing GST, dividends,



and other ad-hoc paymentsReviewing and resolving aged Accounts Payable itemsPreparing journal entries to resolve AP-related banking transactionsSupporting rotating tasks across the Accounts Payable function as required About YouYou are a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where being adaptable, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement can be truly celebrated.
