With a brand-new alfresco area opening this winter and trade continuing to strengthen, we're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead our Malaga venue.This opportunity would suit either:An experienced Venue Manager looking for a hands-on role with a smaller team and less corporate pressure; orA capable Duty Manager ready to take the next step into venue leadership, with mentoring and support provided.About the RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our brewery venue, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while leading a small team of 4-5 staff.This is not a desk-based management role.
Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on the floor supporting customers and staff, leading by example and ensuring the venue runs smoothly.Unlike many hospitality venues, we offer trading hours that support a healthier work-life balance, with no late-night finishes until the early hours of the morning.Our venue operates:• Wednesday: 12pm – 7pm• Thursday: 12pm – 9pm• Friday: 12pm – 10pm• Saturday: 12pm – 10pm• Sunday: 12pm – 8pm• Monday: 2:30pm – 5:30pm• Tuesday: 12pm – 9:30pmRequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily venue operationsLead, train and mentor staffOpen and close the venue independentlyManage rostering,
