Assistance with recruitment including advertisementsMaintaining personnel filesImplementing HR initiatives and programsLiaising with other team members and managersAssistance with On BoardingCoordination of career fairs and exposReport and update key stakeholders on progress of HR strategic plan implementationsDeveloping resource planning tools The Person The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications, experience and behaviours: Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or related fieldOffice Administration experienceStrong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelSolid written & verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailSound time management skillsAbility to work as part of a team & independentlyKnowledge of HR systems, practices and / or standards It is vital that you present yourself in a professional and smart manner.
