Reporting to the Practice Manager, you'll play an integral role in coordinating care, supporting the veterinary team, and maintaining a calm, organised, and professional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced, front-facing roleCoordinate patient care and priorities alongside the veterinary teamManage appointment scheduling and booking systemsEducate clients on services, wellness programs, and treatment optionsHandle accounts, including estimates, invoicing, and paymentsMaintain accurate records, reminders,
