Associate Architect to their Brisban e team. Seeking an experienced Architect to lead the multi-residential team complied of graduate to senior architects as the pipeline is full and ready to go!

This is a fabulous chance to take ownership of major city shaping projects whilst leading a team of through project delivery, executing design excellence and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery from concept through to completion, managing programmes, resources, budgets, deliverables and quality across multi-residential projects.
Lead and coordinate the multi-residential team, driving design quality, technical excellence and successful project outcomes.
Lead design reviews across projects and contribute to studio-wide design reviews, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and design excellence.




Build solid client and stakeholder relationships while mentoring and developing team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing studio culture.

About you
QLD Registration highly regarded
Minimum 10 years' post-Masters experience
Proven experience delivering large-scale or complex projects across multi-residential projects
Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects
Advanced Revit proficiency and a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
