Barista & Café All-Rounder

We have a position available across our cafés for a great human with solid hospo skills to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is happy, positive, driven and genuinely enjoys working in a busy café environment.

Our venues include a rapid-paced 60-seat café as well as our CBD espresso bar, so this role suits someone who is comfortable with busy services and working as part of a strong team.

We’re serious about specialty coffee and quality, so attention to detail matters. You don’t need to know everything — we’re big believers in training and helping good people grow — but you do need to care about doing things well.

We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid hospitality experience
Can confidently handle a busy service
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced café
Has a outstanding eye for detail
Is reliable, positive and happy to jump in wherever needed




Enjoys being part of a team
Wants to keep learning and improving
