Hours: 38 hours/week, Adaptable to full time or part time

Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals across a variety of settings, including clinics and community-based programs

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' abilities.
Develop personalized treatment plans that promote independence and improve daily functioning
Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
Monitor and document patient progress,



adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Supervision and professional development is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications:
Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full registration with AHPRA
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented workplace.
