What you’ll do
Build the quality of earnings, net debt and working capital analysis
Work through data rooms and management accounts to find what matters to buyers and lenders
Draft sections of the due diligence report
Sit in on management meetings and client calls
Support IAR and IPO work when it comes in





About you
CA, ACA or CPA qualified, or close to finishing
Around 2 to 4 years in TS, deals advisory or external audit at a Big Four, mid-tier or specialist firm
Audit seniors ready to move into deals are welcome, especially if you’ve worked on PE-backed or acquisitive clients
Based in Australia
You enjoy digging into messy numbers and explaining them simply
You want to be in the room with partners and clients early in your career
