We're Looking For
A job share partner to join our team in a part time capacity, working Wednesday - Friday, collaborating closely to deliver seamless outcomes for senior leadership team members within the office of the CPO.

What You’ll Do
This is a part time; job share prospect working Monday and Tuesday within the People & Culture team. You will partner closely with your job share counterpart to ensure continuity, consistency, and high-quality delivery across key responsibilities. The role plays an important part in supporting team objectives and contributing to Stockland’s purpose of creating better places and experiences. You will:
Drive Business Unit effectiveness by coordinating reporting, meetings and Board and Committee submissions, ensuring materials are timely, relevant and aligned to Stockland standards.
Support leadership in delivering people, culture and behavioural priorities, including proactive coordination of one on ones, action tracking and team engagement.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, strengthen cross functional collaboration and ensure compliance with operational risk and record management requirements.
