Key Responsibilities:
Retail Sales: Assist with running the shopfront, engaging with customers both over the phone and in-store, and supporting the manager and owner with general tasks as needed. Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges.
Customer Service Champion: Provide exceptional service to customers by offering advice on camping gear, workwear, and outdoor essentials. Resolve inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Point of Sale System: Handle backend tasks related to our POS system, including entering/receiving stock, and troubleshooting any issues.
Visual merchandising: Ensure the store layout is visually appealing and easy to navigate.
Communication: Manage email and phone communications, respond promptly,



and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members or sale representatives.
Shop Maintenance: Ensure the shop is clean and well-maintained.
Administrative Support: Support the owner in various administrative duties.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

· Previous retail experience is a plus

· Valuable communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently

· High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
