Hao Chi Newcastle is a contemporary Chinese restaurant set in an award winning interior space. We are looking for an experienced front of house team member to learn all facets of the day to day operations and to transition into an assistant manager/manager position.

As we are a Chinese restaurant, the successful applicant must be able to speak not only fluent English but also fluent Chinese to serve our large Chinese client base and to communicate with the kitchen efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:
Fluent spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. Cantonese also desired but not required.
At least two years experience in a quick paced premium dining workplace.
Current RSA and a core understanding of Australian and International wine varieties and regions.
An outgoing personality and excellent customer service.
The ability to lead a team during service and actively assist during busy periods.
Excellent personal hygiene and presentation.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
