About Us:
Nepali Haat Bazaar is a vibrant and growing retail destination dedicated to bringing the rich flavors, spices, groceries, clothing, and cultural products of Nepal and South Asia to the local community. With a loyal customer base and a reputation for authenticity and friendly service, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and support the next phase of our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards tailored to customer demand
Set pricing and implement purchasing and marketing policies aligned with business goals
Promote and advertise our products through in-store promotions and local community engagement
Assist customers, especially from the Nepali and South Asian community, with product information and usage
Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions
Oversee store budgeting and financial planning
Supervise, train, and support staff members




Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all store operations

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year of retail management experience or relevant qualifications in business or retail
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Familiarity with Nepali or South Asian grocery, clothing, or cultural items is a robust advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
Basic understanding of stock control, budgeting, and point-of-sale systems
