Mount Moriac Hotel is looking for a reliable and motivated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team on a part-time basis, working minimum 22 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a great guest experience.
Oversee daily operations, opening and closing procedures.
Assist with staff training and development.
Manage bookings, customer enquiries and complaints.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Support management to ensure smooth and effective service.

About You:
Must have hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Reliable way to and from work
Current Victorian RSA certificate.
