The current AMPM are seeking a Store Manager, to take ownership of daily operations, team leadership, and overall store performance. This is a hands-on position focused on delivering operational excellence and fostering a positive, customer-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Recruit, train, and manage staff
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
Manage stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and support customer service
Oversee store budgets, invoicing, and cash flow
Support compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives

Please note: some public holiday work is required due to the nature of the business.

About You
Experience in retail, fuel, hospitality,



or fast-food management
Solid leadership and team management skills
A passion for delivering excellent customer service
Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities
