Working in financial services, the team is focused on creating a smooth, well-supported experience for clients while coordinating effectively with brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the lending journey.As a Settlements Officer, you will play an significant part in delivering a seamless path from loan approval through to completion.
This role is well suited to someone who is organised, detail oriented, and motivated by providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and follow-through matter.ResponsibilitiesManage the settlement process from unconditional approval through to final settlement.Liaise with brokers, clients, lenders, and solicitors to keep matters progressing smoothly.Work to settlement checklists and deadline-driven pipelines to ensure documentation, funds,
