You will work directly alongside a Partner who is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, taking carriage of a varied commercial and litigation caseload from the firm's Sutherland Shire office.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with and take carriage of commercial transactions, including business acquisitions, sales, leasing and corporate mattersRun commercial, property and estate litigation mattersDraft pleadings, advices,
