Company DescriptionWe are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, with a multi-disciplinary team approach, tailored to the needs and goals of our participants and their family.Job Description#AAA's South Western Sydney team are looking for a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner in Campbelltown or surrounding areas.In this role you will:Support participants with complex needs using a positive behaviour support approach that prioritises quality of life and reduces restrictive practicesDeliver meaningful, person-centred strategies across home and community settings that create real, everyday impactPartner with families and support networks to build confidence, capability and long-term outcomesEnjoy working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical quality and shared learningProvide supervision and mentoring to developing Behaviour Support Practitioners while progressing your own leadership skillsQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:Evidence of Proficient suitability and confirmation of submission to the NDIS CommissionDemonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reportsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independentlyExperience providing supervision,
