Early Childhood Teacher — Funded Kindergarten Program

Mansfield Early Learning is a newly built long day care centre seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead our funded kindergarten program.

You will plan and deliver a play-based kindergarten program for preschool children, meeting Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and National Quality Standard requirements. The role sits inside a long day care service, so you will work with the educator team across the kinder session and support continuity of care through the day.

You will
Lead the funded three- and/or four-year-old kindergarten program
Plan, document and assess children’s learning
Build solid relationships with children, families and the team
Meet regulatory,



funding and quality requirements for the program

You will need
An ACECQA-approved early childhood teaching qualification
Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, or eligibility to register
A valid Working with Children Check
Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)

A newly built centre, a supportive team and the chance to shape a kindergarten program from the ground up.

Pay: $28.66 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
