About the Role

We are looking for two reliable, self-managed retail team members to join our Parramatta-based operation. This role suits individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing their shift responsibly, and building solid customer relationships.

The environment is not high-pressure, however it does require awareness, accountability, and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Lotteries sales and processing (experience preferred or willingness to learn)
Inventory control and stock management
Delivering consistent, qualified customer service
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
Cash handling, balancing, and daily cash management
Maintaining store presentation and operational standards

Skills & Experience




Previous retail experience (lotteries experience highly regarded)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Solid communication and customer service skills
Confidence handling cash and transactions
Ability to work independently without micro-management
Honest, reliable, and accountable
Alert, engaged, and proactive while on shift
