Experienced general practice receptionist

Welcoming patients and visitors to the medical centre

Answering and directing enquiries professionally and efficiently

Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records and accounts

Providing reassurance and support to patients and maintaining a welcoming reception area

Updating personal, medical, and financial information accurately

Recording and collecting patient payments and charges

Ensuring confidentiality of all medical, personal, and financial information

Following practice policies and procedures and reporting required operational changes

Supporting doctors and nurses with administrative tasks

Managing emails and healthcare provider interactions

Contributing positively to the overall team workplace

Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
