Keeping stock records accurate and up to date in SAP and the site's maintenance management (CMMS) system
Running regular stocktakes and cycle counts to keep inventory accuracy high
Raising purchase orders and following up suppliers so parts arrive on time
Getting parts to the right people for both planned shutdowns and urgent breakdown work
Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

Keeping the store clean, tidy, safe and logically laid out
Spotting ways to improve store processes and putting your ideas forward

What you'll bring
Previous experience in a store, warehouse or inventory control role
A current forklift licence (essential)
Working knowledge of SAP or a similar inventory or CMMS system
A good grasp of mechanical and electrical process parts, and comfort dealing with suppliers
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing workplace (highly regarded)
Solid organisation, attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
Solid computer skills and the ability to work independently
A proactive attitude and a willingness to help the team work better
Australian working rights (required at the time of applying)

What's in it for you
Casual work with the genuine chance of ongoing or permanent employment based on performance
Hands-on experience at a major manufacturing site
A supportive team that backs its people and values positive work

Pay: $35.00 – $65.00 per hour
