About the Role

Alan Mance Motors Melton is seeking a Trade Qualified Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our friendly and experienced team.

Our workshop services a diverse range of brands including Nissan, Mitsubishi, LDV, Renault, GWM, Haval and Holden, offering exposure to a broad variety of vehicles and technologies. As a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience, we pride ourselves on maintaining a robust focus on quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

You will be working in a clean, safe and modern workshop environment, with competitive pay rates and long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
General vehicle servicing and maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
Carrying out repairs efficiently and to manufacturer standards




Contributing to a positive, team-focused workshop setting

About You
Trade qualified Automotive Technician or Apprentice Technician (all years considered)
Current and valid Driver’s Licence
Previous experience in a high-volume workshop is highly regarded
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Reliable, motivated and committed to high-quality workmanship
