ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Due to our expanding service division, we are looking for the right applicant to join our fire system testing and inspection team.

About the role

· Conducting Routine Inspections of Fire Services across our contracted sites

· Equipment including Fire extinguishers, Fire Hydrants, Fire blankets and Hose Reels

· Report on all non-compliant items and defects.

· Coordinating, compliling and submitting necessary reports

· Commitment to valuable work practice and safety

· Have excellent customer service and present well.

If required, you will be trained and will undertake the following additional testing measures.

· Fire detection and EWIS

· Testing and reporting on Emergency and Exit lighting

· Inspecting and reporting for passive fire and door sets.

What we're looking for





The following skill sets and experience would be highly desirable.

Experience in the fire industry

Sound Knowledge of Australian Standards

Current White Card

Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team

Excellent time management skills

Solid English verbal and written communication skills

Competitive Hourly Rates + overtime (negotiation based on experience)

Fully maintained company vehicle (incl Fuel, Tolls etc) for work related travel

All tools and PPE

Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
