About Us
Sushi Concept is a Japanese restaurant in Revesby. We’ve just opened our second store in Kogarah, and we’re growing our team across both locations. We’re a friendly, quick-paced team serving fresh sushi and Japanese food for dine-in, takeaway and delivery.

About the Role
We’re hiring Full-time, Part-time and Casual all-rounders. Experienced or not, we want to hear from you. Experienced staff will be paid based on their skills, and current starters will get full training. You’ll help wherever needed, front of house and back of house.

Duties include:
Welcome customers warmly
Serve customers and manage orders (dine-in, takeaway, Uber Eats, DoorDash and online orders)
Handle POS system
Prepare food ingredients and assist in the kitchen
Maintain kitchen hygiene and keep the shop clean
Monitor and communicate stock levels
Solve issues proactively
Opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For
Good spoken English (must)
Legal right to work in Australia (must)




Passion for Japanese cuisine
Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you
Available for weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
