Cinque Terre Chadstone is looking for a skilled Pizza Chef who knows their craft, thrives under pressure and is passionate about delivering authentic Italian flavours. We want someone who understands that consistency is everything — from dough preparation and stretching to the perfect bake and final presentation.

What you’ll do
Prepare, stretch, top and bake pizzas to our recipes and quality standards.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of dough handling, fermentation and baking techniques.
Deliver consistent quality, flavour and presentation throughout busy services.
Manage daily mise en place and ensure your section is ready for service.
Maintain ingredient freshness, stock rotation and portion control.
Work efficiently during high-volume periods without compromising quality.
Maintain a clean, organised and food-protected working workplace.
Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen brigade.
Assist with stock control,



preparation planning and minimising food wastage.

What you’ll bring
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a busy restaurant or pizzeria.
Strong technical skills in dough preparation, stretching and baking.
A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and quality produce.
An eye for detail and pride in producing an excellent product every time.
The ability to maintain speed, consistency and composure under pressure.
Strong organisation, reliability and a team-first attitude.
A commitment to kitchen standards, food safety and continuous improvement.
