We are looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader - Automation to lead our automated production area, including Ja , Canister and Sachet lines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader or leading hand who thrives in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting and enjoys coaching teams, solving problems and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading daily operations across multiple automated production lines.
Coordinating operators, materials and packaging to keep production running efficiently.
Monitoring output, downtime, changeovers and quality performance.
Supporting troubleshooting and escalating recurring equipment issues.
Driving safety, GMP, HACCP and FSSC compliance.
Conducting team briefings and developing team capability.
Ensuring accurate production reporting and Business Central data entry.
Partnering with Warehouse, Quality and Production teams to achieve operational targets.




Championing continuous improvement and a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For
Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or food production workplace
Strong understanding of automated production equipment and processesProven troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety systemsStrong communication and leadership capabilityA positive, proactive "can-do" attitudeWhy Join Us?
