Looking for a Chef de partie relevant Qualifications no less than certificate IV / Diploma level, to work in a cohesive and well run kitchen .

Must be reliable , hardworking and work well with others ,who will supervise daily kitchen operations, step in when head chef is away. Prepare , season and cook food as directed , meeting dietary requirments where required .Deliver high quality cuisine and standards . Follow recipes and presentation specifications . Operate standard kitchen equiptment safely and efficiently . Clean and organise kitchen and equiptment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations , Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature controlled facilities.Ordering and stock control , supervision an training of other kitchen staff . Work across various kitchen stations . Assist in menu and recipe development . Ability and experience to work autonomously in rapid paced kitchen and versatile to work during the week and weekends

Pay: $79,423.00 per year
