We are looking for a driven, passionate and energetic Cooks who have a genuine care for delivering the best possible presentation and taste of meals, kitchen team leadership and understanding of ordering of stock and costings. With a strong reputation to uphold, we are looking for the best possible qualified candidates with a min. of 1 – 3years experiencein a kitchen environment to form an integral part of our Degani team.

Staff who will ensure Brand integrity and culture.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Team player with strong communication skills.
The ability to work well under pressure, andin a team environment.
Ability to manage and lead a full kitchen team.
Ordering of stock and understanding of food costings




Have a solid understanding of food trends and are proactive in developing and growing the proposed food offer.
Able to multi-task, with good time management skills.
Availability across a 5 day roster.
